We offer:
- You are part of the fleet team and contact person for our drivers and subcontractors regarding all matters relating to our vehicle fleet
- You will support us in administrative tasks, such as administration, data evaluation and invoice processing
- Develop key figures, present the reporting system and optimize our processes
- As a member of the team, you are responsible for monitoring and complying with legal regulationsand, in the event of changes, we expect you to develop the most appropriate suitable solution strategies
Your skills:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a business administrator for forwarding and logistics services or motor vehicle mechanic (m/f/d)
- As a team player, you are able to work under pressure and are characterized by your communication skills, independent independent way of working and commitment
- You have a quick grasp and good analytical thinking skills
- Good language skills in English (knowledge of Hungarian, Romanian, Polish and Russian is an advantage) as well as a confident handling of MS Office and common IT systems round off your profile
- You are in possession of a class B driving license
