Your responsibilities:
• Serve as a competent contact person for customers, drivers, and subcontractors
• Ensure reliable scheduling, as well as planning and monitoring of our trucks in compliance with quality standards
• Oversee the timely, legally compliant, and efficient execution of full-truckload transports
• Monitor order processing

Your qualifications:
• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
• Very good geographical knowledge
• A resilient team player, willing to work scheduled shifts
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Fluency in Russian, English, and German
• Knowledge of regulations regarding working hours, driving times, and rest periods
