Your tasks:

• Preparation of all necessary documents in accordance with regulations and internal procedures
• Processing, handling, and distribution of shipping documents
• Checking the shipment status in the export and import areas, identifying deviations, and resolving incidents
• Bookings and booking optimization according to internal guidelines
• Ensuring the fulfillment of customer requirements and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations
• Ensuring the timely and efficient updating and delivery of all documents
• Accepting customer orders, including document verification

Your skills:

• Completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services
• Extensive knowledge of air freight handling
• Good command of English, as well as strong IT and PC skills
• Results-oriented work ethic, ability to work in a team, and capacity to work under pressure
• Willingness to work shifts​
