Dispatcher (m/f/d) Burbach

The GEORGI GROUP is a leading company in the field of air cargo transports and air cargo handling. With nine locations, over 1000 employees, and more than 400 trucks across Europe, we set new standards in logistics. We are currently seeking additional support for our Dispatch-Department in Burbach. Are you ready to join us?
Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the point of contact for our customers, drivers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure the secure and efficient scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of our resources, considering quality standards
  • Take responsibility for the timely, legally compliant, and efficient execution of freight traffic, monitoring order processing

Your Skills:
  • Commercial education, preferably as a specialist in forwarding and logistics services, with excellent geographical knowledge
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a high level of customer service orientation
  • Negotiation skills in Hungarian, Romanian, and/or Polish are advantageous
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
